Shipping and returns

Order of Process 

1.Custom order is place

2. Order is confirmed through email

3. We receive and process your order

4. Your unit will begin production allow 3-4 weeks excluding Holidays and weekends for completion.

Please double check your head measurements. We DO NOT exchange, replace or refund due to incorrect sizing. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to work with you. Please email us at the email address listed below. There are NO refunds or exchanges for any reason on wigs. 

Shipping 

After the wig is complete, it is shipped the next business day. Wigs are shipped via USPS. If shipped with in the United States the estimated delivery time for Priority mail is 3-5 business days and 7-10 for international. To avoid delays please double check address, apt number and P. O boxes.  All wig shipments require a signature for delivery. After your shipment has been marked delivered, The Makeover Beauty Salon does not accept responsibility nor issue refunds for packages that has been marked delivered. Please check your tracking information and contact United States Postal service directly to resolve shipping issue. 

Hair extensions/ bundle

Bundles are considered for exchange ONLY if the original tags are still attached and it is determined that the hair has not been manipulated. If we determine that the hair has been worn or manipulated in any way, this includes but not limited to: combing, brushing, washing, coloring or drying we WILL NOT allow an exchange There are NO refunds for any reason.
You have 3 calendar days of receiving your order to email us for possible exchange. After this time your purchase we will not be accepted for exchange for any reason. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to, The Makeover Beauty Salon. A store credit will be applied for your order 3-5 business days after it is received and accepted. If there is an issue with your order please email us.
